Video of April 13, 2023 Meeting with Special Guest, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez!
We had our first in-person meeting since 2020 at the Cascade Park Community Library in Vancouver. It was more than well attended. We had a very special guest.
Soon after we started Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez arrived! She joined our presenters at the podium to thank us for our help in the mid-term election (link below).
This was a hybrid meeting, simultaneously broadcast on Zoom for those who couldn’t attend in person.
We shared our mission of defending democracy and highlighted all of the good work we’ve done since we started in 2017 as part of the national Indivisible movement. Our talk was presented by Janet Birgenheier and Donna Sinclair. Marie’s remarks begin 22 minutes and 30 seconds into the video. Following the IGV presentation, we were told about the Clark County Democrats’ 10 household strategy to get out the vote in upcoming elections.
